We've always had good success with Work Sharp products and their newly released Benchtop Angle Set caught our attention. Another collaboration with Ken Onion, the Work Sharp Angle Set is a pretty handy sharpener in a self-contained compact unit. The sharpening rods are 3-sided and provide coarse (400 grit) and fine (800 grit) diamond plates to quickly restore a sharp edge, plus fine grit ceramic stones for the delicate duty. There's even a ceramic for sharpening those pesky serrations.
